1. Placement Assistance Overview

Rise Trainings offers placement assistance to learners who successfully complete eligible courses. This includes support such as:

  • Resume and LinkedIn profile building
  • Mock interviews and interview readiness sessions
  • Job referrals through our partner network
  • Access to exclusive job openings in Healthcare IT and Pharma industries
  • Soft skills and career guidance materials

Note: Placement assistance is not a job guarantee. It is designed to maximize your employability and connect you with relevant opportunities.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To receive placement assistance, the candidate must:

  • Successfully complete the full course (including assessments/projects)
  • Maintain at least 85% attendance
  • Actively participate in placement preparation activities (mock interviews, assignments)
  • Follow the Rise Trainings Code of Conduct

3. Data Collection for Placement

To support your placement journey, Rise Trainings collects the following data:

  • Full Name
  • Email & Contact Number
  • Educational Qualifications
  • Work Experience (if any)
  • Course & Batch Details
  • Resume/CV
  • Skills, Certifications & Project Work
  • Interview Feedback (for performance improvement)

All personal data is collected with consent and used solely for placement assistance and improvement of services.


4. Data Usage & Confidentiality

  • Your data will be shared only with trusted placement partners and recruiters.
  • Rise Trainings ensures confidential handling of all student information.
  • We do not sell or misuse student data under any circumstance.

5. Placement Assistance Timeline

  • Placement assistance is valid for 12 months from the course completion date.
  • Learners are expected to apply for jobs and attend interviews proactively.
  • Rise Trainings will offer at least 2 job opportunities per quarter, subject to student eligibility and market conditions.

6. Student Responsibilities

  • Keep your profile and resume updated with Rise Trainings
  • Respond to job-related communication promptly
  • Attend all interviews scheduled through Rise Trainings
  • Inform the team about the outcome of interviews

Failure to comply may result in suspension of placement support.


7. Termination of Assistance

Placement assistance may be terminated if:

  • Student secures a job during the assistance period
  • Student is unresponsive for 3 consecutive job opportunities
  • Student violates code of conduct or misrepresents information
