At Rise Trainings, we strive to provide high-quality training and learning experiences to help professionals excel in the Healthcare IT and Pharma industries. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, we follow a strict no-refund policy once content has been accessed or downloaded, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a course or webinar description.


2. Paid Webinars and Courses

  • Webinars (Live or Recorded):
    Refund requests are accepted only if submitted at least 48 hours prior to the webinar start time. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or post-event requests.
  • Online Courses (Self-paced):
    If a user is dissatisfied with a course, they may request a refund within 3 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course has been completed. Refunds will not be issued once significant course content has been accessed.

3. Mobile App Subscriptions

  • Free content (e.g., soft skills materials and demos) is non-refundable.
  • For any in-app paid subscriptions or purchases, refunds must be handled directly through the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store), as per their refund policies.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical issues that prevent access and are unresolved within 72 hours
  • Course/webinar cancellations initiated by Rise Trainings

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email kiranch@risetrainings.com with:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email ID
  • Course/Webinar Name
  • Reason for the refund request

Eligible refunds will be processed within 21-28 business days of approval.
